Coeur d' Alene Triathlon Team, or Cda Tri Team, is a very unique triathlon club that provides our North Idaho community with opportunities to learn, train, race and volunteer in multisport events. While we consider ourselves a "triathlon" club we are much more than just swim-bike-run. In addition to our weekly training activities we also scatter in events such as night swims, hikes, educational clinics, paddle boarding, parties, snow-shoeing, Ladie's Nights, and more for a well balanced training/social regimen. We have members with all different abilities, experience, and goals. Everyone is welcome!
If you are in need of a triathlon club in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho than look no further...come give us a tri!
Meet the GREEN Team...
How much is membership?
$60 a year. Membership runs from Jan 1 - Dec 31 and must be renewed every year. We do not prorate, however, if you sign up in October-December your membership will roll over to the following year without any additional fees.
How do I see all of the weekly activities?
We post our activities on our calendar here, strava and facebook. Once you become a member you'll receive a password to our Member-Only page. On that page you'll find our discount codes, team apparel store, access to our coaches, and more!
Do you offer a family discount?
We encourage families to live healthy lifestyles together. So to help with the cost, we offer a 'Buy 3 get the rest free' discount. Please email us for details.
Which races does CTT participate in?
It varies every year but we make sure to support all local triathlons. We have many new members doing CDA 70.3 as their first ironman branded event. Beyond that, we switch it up. Typically we travel to one or two races a year as well. For example, we've traveled to Calgary 70.3, Snow Joke 13.1, Cozumel 140.6, Wildflower, St. George 70.3, and more!
What do I get with my membership?
Besides being able to sport our awesome green you'll receive a free member Tshirt, a swim cap, educational workshops, and numerous discounts for things like race entries, equipment, nutrition products, wetsuits, and more. Almost better than the above items, the motivation and team camaraderie you'll receive is something you won't find anywhere else! Plus, we offer mentors and coaching plans if desired.
What is required to be a member?
The minimum age to join the club is 13 years old (with Guardian permission of course). That's it! You don't need to be a "triathlete" to join nor do you need a certain level of experience or ability. Everyone is welcome!
What else do you do together?
Anything and everything! We are much more than swim-bike-run. We like to socialize as a group so we offer bbqs, parties, Ladie's Nights, and more. In addition to social events, we like to offer extracurricular activities such as full moon swims, paddleboarding, beach cruiser rides, etc.

I don't swim/bike/run or have a wetsuit/bike/gym membership...can I still join?
Absolutley! You don't have to attend any of our workouts in order to be a member (although we highly encourage attendance). Some people just like the camaraderie aspect which is fine by us :)
